Staff Awards

This prestigious annual award ceremony, held at the University of Greenwich, recognizes exceptional staff across a variety of faculties. I had the opportunity to work alongside a team of three to create the awards, which incorporate elements of the University's logo, inspired by a compass. We used 1.5mm thick stainless steel, carefully hand-folded into shape. The line running through the centre of the award represents the prime meridian, which passes close to the University’s main campus. The University’s logo was laser-etched onto the metal, and the award is mounted on a recycled wooden base, with the winners’ names laser-marked onto acrylic.
